Hannah--A Perfect Brightness of HOPE

 Hola Hola!

I'm so sorry I didn't get an email out last week! It's been a little crazy here!

These past two weeks have been good! We're having lessons and visits and we can finally have church inside, so it's been way fun to see everyone! I love being in the Spanish Branch. There's so many amazing members and they are so good to us, even when I still don't understand a lot :) it will get there!

Last Saturday we were going to have a free car wash at the church! We got all in our service clothes and had buckets of water and rags ready, only to hear that it got cancelled because of the smoke outside! There aren't any fires in my area, but we've heard that there's a few in Yakima, which is about 35 minutes away! Kinda crazy that we have covid 19 and now fires everywhere!

A little while ago we had a meeting called Doctrine of Christ. It was so awesome to hear from the Jackman's again and I love their testimonies. I LOVE MY MISSION PRESIDENT AND HIS WIFE! They are seriously the best and they are so inspired. We talked about ways to be better missionaries and help others have spiritual experiences to help them come unto christ. The best way to feel God's love is by getting on your knees and asking Him. Praying can bring so much comfort in hard times :)

I listened to the conference talk, "A Perfect Brightness of Hope" by Jeffrey R Holland this week and WOW! The church also made a really good video with this talk, and I challenge all of you to go and watch it! He says, We have every reason to hope for blessings even greater than those we have already received.." What a promise! Even though times are crazy right now, I know that even if we feel that all hope is lost, there is always hope through Christ. We have every reason to hope!

2 Nephi 31:20
20 Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and endure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life.

I hope you all have a great day and a great week :) Stay safe from the virus and as well as the smoke! Don't forget how much God loves you. He is among us these last days.
