Hannah--103° in very SUNNY Sunnyside

 Hola hola! Another week here in sunny sunnyside WA & when I say sunny I mean burning hot! It's been in the 100s and over this past week! Haha but besides the heat it's been another awesome week here!

We have definitely locked ourselves out of the house more times than I can count this week which has been pretty funny. So now everytime we leave we call out, llaves?!? (which is keys in spanish). Thankfully Hermana Sperry knows how to card a door, so we've been able to save ourselves every time! 

So many things happened this week! So many dogs, so many wrong turns, so much food! The members here really feed you until you're full and then give you more to take home, so our fridge is always stocked up with mexican food. I don't think I'll ever get sick of beans and rice! 

We were able to visit a member who has the most beautiful house in the middle of corn fields that go on for miles! We watched the new video the church released called, "campfires of faith" with him and the spirit was so strong! He opened up and told us about his wife who has cancer right now, and how he has to keep a strong faith in God more now than he ever has. This was one of the first times a member was sharing a story where I actually understood the entirety of it, and I was so overcome with the Spirit I started crying! Hermano Gomez is A SAINT! He looked directly at me and told me to always trust in God and I felt so warm and happy! I know that things take time, and we have to have patience. We need to trust in God, with everything single part of us, even when it's really hard! We need to trust that things will work how they're meant to! I need to trust that my Spanish will come and I'll have the boldness to speak in lessons, and trust that all works out when we align ourselves to God's will.
